The EKAN- Patricia Charles Heart of Compassion Scholarship

The Patricia Charles Heart of Compassion Scholarship is in memory of Mrs. Pat Charles, a secretary at Karr for many years. All who knew Mrs. Charles loved her smile, personality, and compassion for helping others and being a mother figure. Whenever you walked into the office, Mrs. Charles greeted you with the brightest and biggest smile.

This scholarship aims to honor a graduating senior who has demonstrated exceptional compassion, kindness, and a heart for helping others like Mrs. Charles and has made a meaningful impact through acts of service, empathy, and dedication to those around them while at Karr.

Award size: $1000

Minimum GPA: 2.5
